Hakataya Noodle Shop ~ Japanese - Surfers Paradise

We revisit Hakataya Noodle Shop in deepest, darkest Surfers Paradise for possibly our favourite ramen bar in Australia. Maybe that's partly out of nostalgia, but it is top notch, made by Japanese folks for Japanese folks.
